Job summary

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner in Lincoln. You will provide financial insight, support informed decision-making, and help drive business performance through a mix of analysis, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves partnering with managers, producing management information and financial reports, assisting budgeting and forecasting, analysing trends, and presenting findings clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to influence and support colleagues across different areas of the business.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work.
