Job summary

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join an established organisation in Lincoln. The role involves providing financial insight, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering accurate management information to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or nearing qualification), with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance colleagues.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to influence and support colleagues across different areas of the business.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• A positive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
