£64,500 - £87,500 depending on experience + Annual Bonus

Job Introduction

We're looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to be a vital part of our team based at Stevenage or the London Sodexo office. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office.

You will serve as a Finance Business Partner for broker activities, engaging with global buyers (food and non-food) and regional supply management teams to optimize broker contract performance and attractiveness.

Main Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on broker contracts, guiding the finance team in fee modeling.
• Partner with Global Buyers to design, simplify, and negotiate broker contracts, driving conditional fees to optimize remuneration and cash flow.
• Collaborate with regional Supply Management teams to understand local business trends and their impact on broker fees.
• Create reports and analyses for management, recommending performance levers and outlining risks and opportunities.
• Lead process improvement projects and challenge existing workflows.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Commercially focused background in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database systems; familiarity with SAP / Essbase is desirable.
