Job summary

Michael Pare is exclusively supporting a brilliant manufacturing business in the Rugby area in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will partner with operational teams, produce monthly management information, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop KPIs to influence commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid background in accounting and finance, ideally in industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or working towards accounting qualification.
• Experience in a commercial finance role with business partnering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support.
• Produce and present monthly management information.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide detailed analysis of financial and operational performance.
• Investigate variances against budget and forecast.
• Develop KPIs and reporting.
• Support cost control initiatives.

Our client is an established manufacturing business in Rugby and looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis.

Client Details

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a commercially focused finance role. The successful Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational stakeholders to support with influencing business decisions.

The successful Finance Business Partner will have worked in a similar position and be qualified (CIMA / ACCA) or working towards their qualification.

This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their commercial finance and business partnering experience in a manufacturing environment in Rugby.

Description

Finance Business Partner:

• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support
• Produce and present monthly management information
• Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
• Provide detailed analysis of financial and operational performance

• Supporting cost control
• Provide financial modelling

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Be qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be working towards an Accounting qualification
• Experience in a commercial finance role or working in a position which includes Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000
• Permanent position based in Rugby.
