CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a national organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner in Petersfield, Hampshire, with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on leading financial strategy to drive organisational success within a values‑driven environment.

You will work across budgeting, forecasting, pricing models and governance, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and developing the finance team to enhance financial literacy and performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional or experienced equivalent with a solid background in finance business partnering and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support organisational decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
