Finance Business Partner – Leisure (Fixed Location: North Norfolk)
We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to support a fast-growing businesses based in Holkham. You will act as the lead financial contact for operational teams and provide timely and accurate management information to support key business decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a dynamic portfolio offering a broad remit and high levels of autonomy. The ideal candidate will come from a practise background with industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting on P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Business case modelling for future investments
• Financial process and control improvements
• Partnership with General Managers to interpret and act on financial performance
• Ensuring alignment with long-term strategic plans

Key Skills and Experience:

• Qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems
• Commercial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial modelling
• High attention to detail, integrity, and independent working capability
