Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Health & Wellbeing Division.

Position:

The role of the Finance Business Partner will predominantly focus on our Digital Health business but will also be responsible for assisting small growth businesses in the division. The role reports to the Divisional Finance Director – Health & Wellbeing.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for a qualified finance professional with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving business performance, supporting financial planning and analysis, and delivering meaningful insights across the businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management to support decision-making with clear, data-led insights
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to promote financial accountability
  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting packs
  • Monthly reporting of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow against budgets and forecast
  • Present financial performance at monthly meetings, including KPIs and commercial updates
  • Analyse variances, investigate trends, and present findings in monthly performance reports
  • Maintain integrity of accounting records, assets, and liabilities
  • Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting cycles
  • Support the development of competitor and market insight reports
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and commercial growth

Requirements:

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record in effective business partnering
  • Experience in small business growth environments
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when presenting complex data to non-finance audiences

Other information:

Salary £50-£55,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance

REMOTE working with travel to London/South East (Ipswich)
