About the role

Are you a qualified finance professional looking to take ownership of high-impact reporting in a growing, fast-paced business? At Node4, we’re seeking an ambitious and adaptable Finance Business Partner & FP&A Manager to join our Digital Division during an exciting transformation period.

This broad and varied role involves delivering timely, accurate, and insightful management information to support key decision-making across the division. You will work closely with the Digital Financial Director and the wider business to provide meaningful analysis, challenge constructively, and help shape the future of finance in our evolving organization.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver timely and accurate P&L forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting.
• Prepare monthly Digital Division reports, including practice-level P&Ls, pipeline forecasts, and headcount tracking.
• Build and maintain robust financial consolidation and gross margin reporting tools.
• Present complex data clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs such as billability, order book integrity, and sales pipeline health.
• Partner cross-functionally across the division to provide financial guidance and support change initiatives.
• Prepare board-level reports and strategic financial insights.
• Support the integration of recent acquisitions and standardization of financial processes.

What will you bring?

• ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven strength in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working across different teams and levels within a business.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV/Business Central or similar ERP systems (Desirable).
• Previous experience in the Technology or Services sector (Desirable).
• Exposure to change management and post-acquisition integration (Desirable).
