Operations Cost Finance Business Partner

Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)

Are you a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a passion for cost analysis and business partnering? We’re looking for an Operations Cost Finance Business Partner to join a top-tier Financial Services organisation and provide key financial insights to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing top-tier cost analysis, reporting & planning for Operations.

Partnering with stakeholders & directors to drive financial strategy.

Identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities with the Operations team.

Preparing variance analysis and delivering clear, concise financial commentary.

Using KPIs to measure and challenge cost performance.

Supporting budgeting & forecasting processes to ensure financial excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication & influencing skills, including with non-finance stakeholders.

Clear thinker – able to present simple analysis from complex data.

High integrity & credibility with senior management.

Team player & self-starter – takes initiative with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for financial analysis & presentations.
