Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts with insightful commentary.

• Prepare detailed annual budgets for designated areas.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and year-end processes.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support operational decisions.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends; report across teams.
• Prepare financial evaluations for internal projects.
• Assist development of pricing models and analyze cost and margin movements.

Are you an analytical, forward-thinking finance professional looking to play a key role in driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client's successful finance team.

As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with both Finance and operational teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and help shape future financial performance. You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgeting cycles and analysis, while providing meaningful commentary to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely management accounts with clear and insightful commentary.
• Deliver regular forecasts and collaborate with managers to develop and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare detailed annual budgets for designated areas of the organisation.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and year-end processes.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support operational decisions.
