Base pay range

Finance Business Partner | Media | to £75,000 plus package | London - Hybrid

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact? A global Media & Marketing powerhouse is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner into their high-performing London team, and this is far from your typical month-end role.

The role is sitting at the heart of decision-making and business performance. You’ll work directly with senior non-finance leadership, influencing revenue growth, margin optimisation, and shaping the future of the business. With a clear focus on value creation, you’ll play a key role in a major transformation programme and lead on high-impact projects from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders across the business to drive strategy and performance - predominately sales/commercial client teams
• Monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Leading on FP&A processes and speaking to budget holders
• Leading on business cases for new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Assist with building robust, dynamic financial models to guide commercial decisions
• Delivering insightful data analysis to inform executive-level discussions
• Playing a lead role in strategic projects and transformation initiatives
