Title: Finance Business Partner

Location:

Ipswich, hybrid 2-3 days per week

Contract:

Interim: 3-6 months

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the largest integrated facilities management companies in Great Britain to find an experienced Finance Business Partner for their central finance team based in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce accurate and timely management accounts, including full end-to-end month-end processes, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Manage relationships with internal and external teams, providing financial insights and challenge.
3. Prepare variance analysis and management reporting, including KPIs.
4. Manage the month-end timetable and communication with relevant parties.
5. Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
6. Provide commercial support such as bidding, pricing, and investment appraisals.
7. Liaise with auditors and produce required information.
8. Support the Senior Finance Business Partner on financial matters.
9. Assist Operational Heads with ad hoc tasks.
10. Report KPIs for each service within the division.

Location:

Ipswich town centre Office (Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office).
