Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Ipswich, hybrid 2-3 days per week
Interim: 3-6 months

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the largest integrated facilities management companies in Great Britain to help them find an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their central finance team based in Ipswich.

About the Role:

We are looking for a finance professional to join our client's central finance team based in Ipswich. We want an enthusiastic individual with a positive working attitude to join our team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, including full end-to-end month-end processes and complete budget and forecasting cycles. You will have proven experience in managing and developing relationships with internal and external teams, as well as a broad financial understanding of how service organizations operate, with the ability to challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production of accurate monthly management accounts for the division, including accrual calculations and accounting adjustments in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards & company policies.
2. Prepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the division.
3. Monthly management reporting including KPIs.
4. Production of budgets and forecasts, working closely with Operational Heads.
5. Manage the month-end timetable and communications with all relevant parties.
6. Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
7. Provide commercial support including bidding, pricing, and investment appraisals.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors, and produce information as requested.
9. Support the Senior Finance Business Partner on financial matters.
10. Assist Operational Heads with ad hoc tasks as required.
11. Agree, calculate, and report KPIs for each service within the division.

Location:

• Ipswich town centre office (Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office).
