Job summary

Publicis Groupe in London is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial, financial and operational support in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The role focuses on profitability, forecasting, revenue management and business performance, with exposure to Managing Partners, Business Unit Directors and client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst role.
• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent commercial finance experience.
• Strong forecasting, reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior agency stakeholders to support profitability and performance.
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
• Deliver client profitability and utilisation reporting.
• Provide commercial insight to support decision-making.
• Review revenue recognition in line with accounting principles.
• Lead conversations around revenue and business performance.
• Support month-end reporting and forecasting cycles.
• Manage relationships with client-facing teams and provide financial guidance.

Looking for your next step in commercial finance within a creative and fast-paced environment?

We're hiring a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide commercial, financial and operational support.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside Managing Partners, Business Unit Directors and client teams, helping to drive profitability, forecasting, revenue management and business performance.

What you'll be doing

• Business partnering with senior agency stakeholders
• Supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Delivering client profitability and utilisation reporting
• Providing commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making
• Reviewing revenue recognition and ensuring compliance with accounting principles

What we're looking for

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst role
• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent commercial finance experience
• Strong forecasting, reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets
• Previous agency, marketing, advertising or professional services experience would be beneficial
