Job summary

Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) seeks a Management Accountant & Business Partner to join the finance team. The role targets ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA qualified professionals moving from audit into business partnering and commercial finance.

The successful candidate will provide management information, challenge performance and support growth across RADA Business and related short courses.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in management accounting and business partnering.
• Audit background transitioning to business partnering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management information and financial insight to support growth plans.
• Partner with commercial teams including RADA Business and Short Courses.
• Develop reporting and challenge performance across the finance function.
