The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner in a hybrid Northamptonshire role. You will influence strategic decisions by turning financial data into actionable insights and partnering with senior leadership to drive profitability and performance.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in a Commercial Finance Business Partner/Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the annual budget and develop a rolling forecast to support business planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders providing commercial insight, financial challenge and recommendations.
• Develop and enhance management reporting frameworks to highlight performance trends and opportunities.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver financial modelling and commercial analysis to drive profitability.
• Lead financial input into tender processes and key business initiatives.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and strategies to improve margins.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards for accountability.
• Collaborate with IT to automate and streamline reporting processes.
• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted commercial adviser to senior management.

The Accountancy & Finance Division is exclusively partnering with a growing, forward-thinking PE Backed business in recruiting for a Commercial Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, driving profitability and improving business performance.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, challenging assumptions and using financial insight to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Required

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in a Commercial Finance Business Partner, Finance Business Partner or similar commercially focused finance role.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and influence business performance.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and commercial performance analysis.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
• Ability to turn financial data into meaningful insight and practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially curious and comfortable taking ownership.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
