What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business goals and provide meaningful financial insight and support.
• Developing robust financial models to analyse performance, forecast trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Providing commercial finance support and guidance to influence business decisions and drive profitability.
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances and supporting action plans to stay on track.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, offering financial expertise to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Preparing regular management reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Strong finance or cost controlling experience with good business knowledge.
• Confident, numerate, and capable of challenging and influencing non-finance colleagues.
• Able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
