Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We’re excited to be looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our finance business partnering team.

Applying a business partnering approach, you’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with and deliver financial support to our Senior Leadership team, budget managers, and operational colleagues.

We’re seeking someone who is motivated, curious, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve our processes. You’ll help ensure that financial information is clear, accurate, and effectively used to support decision-making and deliver value for money across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and eager to collaborate to create great workplaces while contributing to excellent business outcomes. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their finance career, keen to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. We welcome applications from part-qualified candidates or those studying towards their qualification (salary to be discussed at interview).

You’ll work from our Eastleigh office at least three days a week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The remaining two days can be worked remotely from a location of your choice, such as another office, a cafe, or from home.
