Job summary

Fin Search Ltd. are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a market leading organisation based in Doncaster.

The role reports to Head of Commercial Finance and focuses on driving business performance by providing insightful financial information for strategic decision making. The position is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with duties including budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.

Qualifications

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified or finalist.
• Experience in a commercially focussed finance role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.

Job description

Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for a market leading organisation based in Doncaster. The business is also easily accessible from Pontefract and Barnsley.

This is a newly created role due to continued growth of the business.

Reporting in to an excellent Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for assisting with driving business performance by providing insightful financial information to support in strategic decision making.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Duties will include, however are not limited to:

• Create sales scenario modelling
• Assisting with budget and variance analysis
• Assisting with the creation of accurate budgets and forecasts
• Providing a comprehensive partnering service to key operational stakeholders
• Proactively and continuously drive continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified/finalist
• Be worked in a commercially focussed finance role previously
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to influence stakeholders
