Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role where you can drive real impact? We're partnering with a national charity seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and adding value across various departments. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights that influence performance and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge
2. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
3. Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis
4. Support cost control and value-for-money initiatives
5. Deliver financial modelling to support strategic projects and investment decisions
6. Assist in year-end processes and liaise with external auditors as needed

About You:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Commercially astute with excellent analytical and Excel skills
• Experience in public sector / charity
