Job summary

Distinct | B Corp is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to own key financial areas and partner with senior leaders across the business. The role offers ownership over revenue, margin and cost analyses, plus involvement in budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision support in a growing company.

You will manage one direct report and work in a hybrid setup with close interaction with operational and commercial teams to drive better decisions and future planning.

Burton on Trent | Up to £65,000 plus 10% bonus | Hybrid working

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner who wants more ownership, broader exposure and a genuine route to progress.

The business is growing, the finance team is expanding and this role has been created following an internal promotion.

You will partner with several important areas of the business, taking ownership of the key revenue, margin and cost lines across each one.

It is a proper business partnering role.

You will be close to the decisions, working directly with senior operational and commercial leaders, helping them understand performance, challenge assumptions and make better decisions around pricing, investment, spend and future plans.

There is plenty of variety in the role, covering budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, financial modelling and commercial decision support.

You will also manage one direct report, giving you the opportunity to build your leadership experience alongside the commercial side of the role.
