Location: Basingstoke / Chessington Hybrid working
Salary: £60k plus Bonus

Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Leadership

• Lead financial strategy for Projects across Europe.
• Partner with senior leaders to guide decision-making and investment planning.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide detailed financial modelling and performance analysis.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and HR.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and drive commercial outcomes.

Governance & Risk

• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective financial risk management.
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of finance experience, with 3-5 years in a Business Partnering role.

• Ideally from a projects, property, hospitality, or leisure background.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
