Journey recruitment is seeking a Finance Business Manager for a not-for-profit client near High Wycombe. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to support senior leadership.

This is mainly remote with one day in the office and four days from home. The salary is up to £60,000 with a discretionary annual bonus, and the package includes generous holiday, benefits, and pension.

Our forward-thinking not for profit client are based near High Wycombe and are seeking a Finance Business Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role supports senior leadership with strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and accurate reporting.

This is a mainly remote role working 1 day on the office and 4 days from home. The salary for this role is up to £60,000 dependent on experience plus an annual discretionary bonus.
