Job summary

Page Personnel in Birmingham is seeking a qualified finance professional to join as a Finance Partner in a not-for-profit organisation. The role will partner with budget holders and operational leaders to guide financial planning and reporting.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, support grant/donor reporting and drive process improvements while developing the finance team. Hybrid working opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience in finance business partnering and stakeholder management
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Understanding of digital transformation and process improvements
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with budget holders and operational leaders to provide financial guidance and challenge
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Produce management accounts, financial analysis and performance reporting
• Support grant and donor reporting requirements
• Provide insight into financial performance and key business initiatives
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting
• Support digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of innovative finance solutions
• Lead and develop finance team members while promoting best practice across the function

The Successful Applicant

About You

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Proven experience in finance business partnering and stakeholder management
• Previous experience leading and developing teams
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
• Understanding of digital transformation and implementing process improvements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Analytical, commercially minded and solutions-focused
