We are currently hiring for three people to work with our Marketing, Sales or Service operations.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and play a crucial part in shaping our financial management and strategic planning.
In your new role…
You’ll report into the FP&A Director and directly partner with the functional Directors and leadership teams. We work as part of a cluster which includes GB, Ireland, and South Africa.
You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and data quality management. The key priority is to support growth of net sales, improvement of the channel, customer margins, and profitability.
A strong and influential communicator, you will be able to provide recommendations and challenge decision-making to achieve our goals. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and work in partnership with the business areas to ensure profitable business outcomes.

You’ll work in a hybrid role, both at home and in our Abingdon office, requiring up to 3 days per week in the office.
