Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a leading Norwich-based organization to find a Part-Qualified or Qualified Finance Business Analyst to support key stakeholders with management and financial reporting. This is a part-time role, working 29 hours a week.

Your new role
In this role, you will analyze financial data, support departments with budgets, and prepare statutory and management accounts with variance analysis. You will also develop financial projections, budgets, and forecasts based on a 5-year plan, and monitor financial performance and grant funding recording. Experience with restricted and unrestricted financial reporting is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a confident, part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel are required.

What you'll get in return
