Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a leading Norwich-based organization to find a Part-Qualified or Qualified Finance Business Analyst to support key stakeholders with management and financial reporting. This is a part-time role, working 29 hours a week.
Your new role
You will analyze financial data, support departments with variances, prepare statutory accounts, income analysis, management accounts, financial projections, budgets, and forecasts based on a 5-year plan. Monitoring financial performance and recording grant funding will also be part of your responsibilities. Experience with restricted and unrestricted financial reporting is beneficial but not essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a confident, part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
