Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a leading Norwich-based organization to find a Part-Qualified or Qualified Finance Business Analyst. The role involves supporting key stakeholders with management and financial reporting. This is a part-time position, working 29 hours per week.
Your new role
As a Finance Business Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant, you will analyze financial data related to forecasted income and costs, support departments and project leaders, and assist the leadership team with variances and concerns. Responsibilities include preparing statutory accounts, income analysis, management accounts with variance analysis, financial projections, budgets, and forecasts based on a 5-year business plan. Monitoring financial performance and recording grant funding are also key duties. Experience with restricted and unrestricted financial reporting is beneficial but not essential.
You should be a confident, part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
This part-time role offers a salary of £36,000 - £39,000 (pro-rata), free parking, flexible hybrid working, and a benefits package. For more details, contact Andy Jarman at Hays.
