About the role
Places Leisure (PL) is part of Places for People Group, aiming to be the UK's leading physical activity and wellbeing social enterprise. The role involves working in the Financial Planning and Analysis team, assisting with shaping, partnering, and influencing the financing of Leisure Centre Operating Plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to implement a new planning system, enhancing forecasting processes, communicating progress through KPIs, and supporting digital transformation through automation of financial reporting using visualization tools. The candidate should have core finance and business analysis skills, prioritize requests, develop requirements, and execute plans to ensure high-quality, well-governed practices that support organizational ambitions.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of office (Camberley) and home working (2-3 days in the office). Candidates should be within a suitable distance of the location.
