Job summary

Regional Recruitment in Leicester is seeking an experienced Finance Broker to join a growing brokerage. The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £32,000 DOE plus uncapped commission, and a full-time permanent contract.

You will develop relationships with clients, source finance solutions from lenders, and manage the application process from enquiry to completion. Strong sales focus and drive toward KPIs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Broker, Broker or within a similar B2B sales environment.
• Proven experience within sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident working towards targets and financial KPIs.
• A proactive and driven approach to generating new business.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales and lead generation.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable finance solutions.
• Liaise with lenders to source appropriate finance products and secure competitive options for clients.
• Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, clients and internal teams.
• Work towards and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
