Job summary

Millbrook Business Finance, part of the Millbrook Group, is recruiting a driven Business Finance Broker to join the core division. You’ll source, structure, and close a wide range of commercial finance deals, working across multiple sectors and funding products in a proactive sales role.

This is a hands-on position with outbound prospecting, introducer relationship management, and end-to-end deal ownership from enquiry to funding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending.
• Strong understanding of asset finance, business loans and MCAs.
• Proven outbound sales, lead generation and pipeline management success.
• Ability to build trust and communicate funding solutions clearly.
• Experience managing deals from enquiry through funding.
• Self-starter with proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact business owners across the UK to generate new finance opportunities.
• Structure and present funding solutions across asset finance, loans, MCAs and refinance.
• Manage end-to-end funding process from proposal to drawdown.
• Maintain relationships with introducers including accountants and suppliers.
• Log activities and deal progress in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed personal revenue targets while supporting team goals.
