Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a technology-focused finance professional to transform controllership through automation, data analytics and reporting innovation. You will develop Python-based solutions, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Data teams to improve transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience coding in Python or using AI tools to code in Python.
Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Experience working in a Finance function.
Inquisitive self-starter with a track record of delivering change.

Responsibilities

Develop Python-based automation to collect data, reconcile, report, validate and control activities.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for management insight.
Evaluate and promote new tools like Microsoft Fabric and AI features for Finance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting solutions.
Drive continuous improvement, governance, and change management in reporting processes.
