Job summary

Zenith is seeking a Finance Automation Analyst in Leeds to help transform finance processes through automation. You will work with data, technology and stakeholders to deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working within a collaborative Finance team.

The role emphasizes building Alteryx workflows, testing outputs, and supporting rollout while promoting continuous improvement across Finance. Agile working opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or similar analytical discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data.
• Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience handling large datasets and working with imperfect or unstructured data.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Exposure to Alteryx, Python, SQL or R would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Build and maintain robust Alteryx workflows and automation solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand, document and improve existing processes
• Produce solution documentation and support the transition of automated processes into BAU
• Create and execute testing activities to ensure accurate and reliable outputs
• Support users throughout implementation and rollout phases
• Promote automation best practices and champion continuous improvement across Finance

We are currently looking for a Finance Automation Analyst to join our Finance team in Leeds, with agile working opportunities available. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform finance processes through automation, working with data, technology and stakeholders across the business to deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You'll be part of a collaborative Finance team focused on continuous improvement, process optimisation and capability development. Working alongside finance professionals and business stakeholders, you'll play an important role in delivering automation solutions that support operational excellence.
