Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge within Database Management, Payments or Expenses workstreams.
• First class written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions such as Oracle, Workday or SAP.
• High attention to detail in data, processes and documentation.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach with a clear focus on delivery.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in a shared service or customer‑focused environment; a finance qualification would be advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert within Database Management, Payments or Expenses, supporting colleagues and resolving complex queries.
• Act as an embedded point of specialist knowledge for complex operational matters.
• Work alongside Team Managers on service development and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, resilience and consistency within each function.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and improve service outcomes.
• Act as a key liaison with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
