  • Identifying discrepancies, missing information or conflicting data and working with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Supporting commission and funding processes by preparing clear handovers for Commissions Payable.
  • Updating job statuses, notes and supporting records to maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Liaising with Sales, Service Delivery, Partner Managers, Revenue Assurance, network providers and other stakeholders to obtain required information.
  • Supporting investigations into system, process or data-related issues.
  • Ensuring all actions, decisions and approvals are fully documented and compliant with internal controls.

  • The confidence to challenge incomplete, conflicting or unclear information.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.
  • A process-oriented mindset with an appreciation for governance, controls and audit requirements.
  • Experience working with administrative, finance, operational or data-focused processes would be advantageous.
What's in it for you?

  • No dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. You'll even get your birthday off, too!
  • A pension plan for your future.
  • Complimentary refreshments in all our offices.
