Our Finance team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a Finance Assistant to report to the Head of Billing and Non-Contestable Cost Management and to play an important role in managing the billing elements of each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and submit customer invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor and update project invoice control sheets, keeping billing records accurate and well maintained.
• Work with project teams to resolve invoice queries and billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Support accurate, compliant financial processes in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist the Head of Billing and Non-Contestable Cost Management with ad hoc financial tasks and improvements to billing processes.
