Arqit is scaling its Finance Operations Centre in Belfast and has created a Finance Assistant role to join our city centre team. Based in Belfast with hybrid working, you will help deliver day-to-day transactional finance in a fast-growing, listed business.

You will process and match purchase invoices (about 50 per month), raise sales invoices, perform bank reconciliations, manage treasury transactions, assist with accruals and prepayments, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, support the

• Experience in a transactional finance role (AP, AR or treasury).
• Academic and professional achievements with thoroughness and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process and match purchase invoices (approx. 50 per month) and ensure payments align with terms.
• Raise sales invoices and support cash collection.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations across Group entities.
• Manage treasury activities and weekly cash position reporting.
• Assist with monthly accruals, prepayments and allocation entries.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support PO processes.
• Assist with statutory reporting as required.
