Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and dedicated Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable) to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for projects aimed at increasing efficiency and profitability. You will assist the Accounts team with posting and analyzing tasks essential for smooth operations. Your responsibilities include processing receivables and incoming payments in line with financial policies, ensuring invoices are paid on time, and generating reports on accounts receivable status. You will also analyze and report potential risks related to account balances.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles, with knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and policies related to receivables. Proficiency in OPERA/Info Genesis and Book4Time is preferred. A strong knowledge of Excel, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills are required.

Experience in a luxury service environment and understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry are essential. The candidate should be well-presented, customer-service oriented, and able to engage guests effectively. Good written and spoken English is required, and fluency in a second language is beneficial.
