University of Manchester is seeking Finance Assistants to join the Accounts Payable Office within Transactional Services in the Finance Directorate. You will rotate between three teams—input of invoices, resolutions and helpdesk—supporting timely payments and accurate ledgers.

Hybrid working arrangements may be considered, with flexible opportunities and a strong pension and wellbeing package. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

The Accounts Payable Office is part of Transactional Services based in the Finance Directorate. The office is responsible for processing, checking, monitoring and payment of transactions on the University’s financial ledgers.

Finance Assistants will each be part of a small team within the Accounts Payables Office, reporting to a Team Leader. It is anticipated that all Finance Assistants will rotate between each of the three teams within the office being input of invoices, resolutions and helpdesk.
