Job summary

NHS Tayside is seeking a Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team supporting TASC Research & Development services. You will provide financial support to TASC Management and work closely with the Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will have strong numerical aptitude and Excel skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain throughput of quality work under pressure. Experience in a large public sector organisation is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical ability and Excel skills are required.
• Finance experience in a large public sector organisation is advantageous but not essential.
• Qualification at HND or equivalent level is required.
• Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland must be achieved and the Code of Conduct followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to TASC Management.
