The Rosalind Franklin Institute located at Harwell Campus in Oxfordshire is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the finance function and ensure accurate records for our researchers. The role offers hybrid and flexible working with a permanent contract.
You will process supplier invoices, prepare weekly payment runs, reconcile bank statements, handle supplier queries, and maintain the finance team email inbox. There are opportunities for training and career growth within the institute.

As a Finance Assistant at the Franklin, you will help to form the backbone of our Institute's daily operations. Your diligence will ensure that our records are maintained correctly so that our scientists can focus on their research. You will work collaboratively with both operations and scientific divisions. There is room for growth in the position and a ‘can-do’ attitude is essential in the role.
