The Rosalind Franklin Institute in Harwell is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Strategic Marketing Team. Hybrid working with three days in the Harwell office is offered.
You will develop audience-focused content for digital channels, manage newsletters, and support webinars and events, collaborating with researchers to share our science with stakeholders.

We are currently looking to appoint a Digital Communications Coordinator to support our Strategic Marketing Team for a period of 12 months due to maternity leave. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will work closely with researchers to share the Franklin’s science with relevant stakeholders. In this role, you will gain experience in a range of activities with your core responsibilities outlined below.
We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days in the office based at Harwell Science and Innovation Campus near Oxford, UK. Flexibility can be given to different working patterns i.e. condensed hours or around start and finish times.
The proposed start date for this vacancy is early November 2026.
