Overview

Finance assistant (JO-2509-68765) Torfaen, Wales

Salary: GBP14 - GBP17 per annum

Part Time Finance Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various accounting tasks. This role would suit an experienced and reliable finance assistant, who has a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Credit Control
  • Setting up and processing weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Dealing with supplier queries/ liaising with suppliers
  • Checking supplier statements/reconciliations
  • Ensuring customer details are maintained and setting up supplier accounts
  • Processing of credit card statements
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, scanning, correspondence, and other admin tasks as needed
