Job summary

The Children’s Endeavour Trust, based in Ipswich, is seeking a Finance Assistant – Central Team to join a small team and support day-to-day finance functions. You will work under the direction of the CFO, handling input and processes across the trust's schools, with occasional travel to other sites.

The role offers part-time hours (21 per week, 40 weeks per year), a permanent contract, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive finance team.

Qualifications

• The Board of Trustees wish to appoint a dedicated Finance Assistant.
• We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of the Trust Central Finance Team.
• You will work alongside two other Finance Assistants to deliver the finance support functions of the organisation.

• Take responsibility for day-to-day financial inputting and procedures within the trust.
• Based in Ipswich and will have the opportunity to work with each of our schools to support with their finance functions.
• Some travel to our other sites may be required.
