Job description

The Company

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, high-growth physical gold and silver brokerage with over 10 years of success and more than £150 million in total revenue. We are regularly featured in leading publications including the Financial Times, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Daily Mail, Metro and CNBC, reflecting our strong market presence and credibility.

We offer a refreshingly non-corporate environment and believe that great people build great companies. That’s why we foster a culture where ambition is encouraged, ideas are genuinely valued, and individuals are empowered to make a difference. Our culture is built on our core values: Pursuit of Brilliance, Passionate Curiosity, Thoughtful Respect, Virtuous Choices, and Positive Energy – and these principles shape how we work, collaborate, and succeed together.

We are committed to your development and long-term success. Through structured coaching, mentoring, and progression opportunities, we support you in shaping your own path. We prioritise flexibility, wellbeing, and a positive, high-performing environment, recognising that the best results come from people who feel supported, motivated, and engaged.
