Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant for a fulfilling role providing essential support to the Accounting & Finance department.

Client Details

A well established organisation working on long term projects within very busy industry sector.

Description

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Perform financial analysis to support decision making
• Supporting Month End activities including Inventory / Stock analysis
• Monitoring Work in Progress projects and variance analysis
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate
• Work closely with other members of the Accounting & Finance department
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  
  

Profile

A Successful Finance Assistant Should Have

• An academic background in finance, accounting or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software systems (ERP Systems)
• Excel & Reporting skills and knowledge of Power BI
• Strong communication skills
