Job summary

Woolmer Hill School is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the smooth running of the school’s finances and to help provide opportunities for students. The role involves processing purchase orders, invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will also support the finance team with administrative duties, contributing to a supportive environment with development opportunities and twilight training sessions for staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Good IT literacy and use of standard office software.
