Job summary

Bevris Support in Deeside head office is seeking an Accounts Apprentice to join our finance team. This full-time role offers hands-on experience across payroll and finance processes from day one, with on-the-job training and support towards your AAT qualification provided by Coleg Cambria.

You'll work with an experienced team to reconcile timesheets, manage debtor accounts, handle client queries, and support reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates studying towards any level of AAT.
• Keen to begin AAT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Payroll support: reconciling timesheets against rotas and payroll records, checking data for accuracy, assisting with payroll runs and queries, maintaining payroll records.
• Debtor collections & client account management: monitor accounts, chase overdue payments, allocate payments, maintain records, produce reports.
• Client query resolution: act as point of contact for invoices, investigate discrepancies, liaise with internal teams to resolve queries, keep clients updated.
• General finance support: assist with reconciliations, data entry, basic reporting, filing, and ad hoc tasks.
