Job summary

TJX Europe offers a Finance Apprenticeship where you’ll start on an AAT Level 3 program and progress to Level 4, with both levels taking about 36 months to complete. You’ll build technical accounting knowledge and gain understanding of basic accounts, financial statements, and TJX Europe's systems and processes.

You must have 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, plus strong communication skills and curiosity to connect with people and influence decisions in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at least grade C/Level 4 including Maths & English
• Natural curiosity, flexibility, and a talent for connecting with people
• Good communication skills are essential - challenging views and influencing decisions will be a big part of your role

Responsibilities

• Begin on Level 3 AAT and progress to Level 4 over approximately 36 months
• Acquire technical accounting knowledge and understand basic accounts and financial statements
• Learn about TJX Europe's systems, processes, and business ethics
