Job summary

TJX Europe in Watford is launching a Finance Leadership Programme for graduates. You will rotate across Commercial Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, Financial Control and Financial Accounting, gaining broad exposure within our finance function.

The programme combines on-the-job training with classroom learning, with funds for exams and study leave. It offers a hybrid working model at our Watford campus and clear development within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

A degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in Finance.
Good communication skills – challenging views and influencing decisions will be a key part of your role
Have a natural curiosity, flexibility and a talent for connecting with people

Responsibilities

Rotate across pillars of Finance: Commercial Finance to support business decisions and manage costs.
Business Planning & Analysis: produce strategic plans and compare performance against them.
Financial Control: partner with Merchandising and Buying to deliver Gross Margin plans.
Financial Accounting: prepare Financial Statements and partner with various functions.
